Fintan holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from UCD and qualified as a solicitor in 1992. He established the firm in 1996 and has extensive general practice experience including all areas of litigation and commercial transactions.
Fintan acts in relation to the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial property and leasing of commercial premises.
He holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance and has considerable experience with advising business owners and directors on a variety of legal issues.
Fintan maintains strong relationships with all his clients through his commitment to excellence and the highest quality of service which he provides to each individual client in a personal and professional manner. His unique ability to explain complex matters clearly puts clients at ease and ensures clients are fully informed, allowing them to make wise and beneficial decisions based on all the facts. Fintan has built a formidable reputation as a solicitor, based on over 20 years’ experience in general practice.
Fintan has a wealth of experience in dealing with court cases and commercial transactions and provides a trusted and valued service to his clients in a warm, friendly and confident manner. When not in the office Fintan enjoys sailing, hillwalking and music.
Lisa Marie Doyle B.A LL.B (HONS)
Lisa Marie became a Partner in the practice in 2019, having initially joined as a trainee solicitor in 2011. A graduate of NUI, Galway, she was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2014.
Lisa specializes in residential conveyancing and probate & tax. She acts on behalf of vendors and purchasers in relation to residential property and agricultural land and also, regularly advises clients in respect of property related disputes.
She has extensive experience in probate practice and advises clients in respect of will making, estate planning and also, tax planning.
Lisa also deals with all types of licensing applications in the District Court and works on behalf of our clients in all debt collection matters.
She deals with family law matters at District and Circuit Court level and regularly appears before the Residential Tenancies Board.
She welcomes the opportunity to share her knowledge with new clients and to act successfully on their behalf.
Lisa volunteers with the Free Legal Advice Centre and is currently completing a Diploma in Family Law with the Law Society of Ireland.
Helen O’ Connor
Helen joined the firm in 2014, having worked extensively in the banking sector. Helen works as a legal secretary and provides invaluable admin support to the solicitors of the firm.
Helena Harte
Helena joined the firm in 2007 and works as front receptionist and legal secretary. She brings with her a wealth of office experience and is an integral part of the support staff team.
